White Mountain Physical Therapy is a family owned and operated physical therapy clinic located in Moultonborough, NH. Owners and husband and wife team, Matt and Hannah Kurz, provide patient centered and evidence based care to patients of all ages and abilities.
ABOUT US

MATTHEW KURZ, PT, DPT
Matt is a graduate from Sage Colleges in Troy, NY where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Matt takes special interest in orthopedic conditions, choosing treatment through the evidence based and client driven model. Matt enjoys working with athletes and tailors his treatments to be activity/sport specific. Outside of physical therapy, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, biking, hiking, good coffee and craft beer.

HANNAH KURZ, PT, DPT
Hannah received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. Hannah is passionate about making wellness simple and accessible for all ages and abilities. Hannah takes a holistic approach to her therapy treatments and considers lifestyle modification and education to be key to successful PT. In her free time, Hannah loves spending time in the White Mountains, yoga, and being a mom to daughter Lily and pup Gus.

JUSTIN CLARK, PT, DPT
Justin is a recent Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate of Plymouth State University. Having grown up and lived in NH his whole life, he looks forward to working at WMPT and giving back to local communities. He has a particular interest in orthopedics, especially lower extremity biomechanics and injuries, but enjoys working with all types of conditions. Outside of the clinic, Justin enjoys being out on the trails in the form of mountain biking, hiking and skiing, as well as spending time with friends and family.

JOSIE COLLINS, Office Manager
Josie is a recent graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s degree in English/Journalism. She looks forward to helping us manage our social media and welcome patients into our office! Outside of work, she loves to listen to live music, read by the lake, and meet new people.
