A Personal Approach to Physical Therapy
White Mountain Physical Therapy is a family owned and operated physical therapy clinic located in New Hampshire. Our comprehensive range of services utilize the most up to date techniques, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. We continually challenge ourselves to learn, grow and improve our skills. Our team of licensed physical therapists and certified staff are committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment, communicating and collaborating with patients and providers to craft individualized treatment plans.
With three convenient locations in the heart of our communities, we strive to make physical therapy accessible and effective for all. Whether recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to improve overall physical health, we are here to help you achieve your goals and enhance your quality of life.
Our Story
Husband-and-wife team Matt and Hannah Kurz founded WMPT with a determination to bring heart and purpose back to physical therapy. After spending years in high-volume "PT Mill" environments that left them feeling burned out and uninspired, they set out to create something different—a practice where patient outcomes and provider autonomy come first.
Since opening, WMPT has recruited like-minded therapists to our roster and expanded to three locations, but our mission has never changed: to provide one-on-one, evidence based care to patients of all ages and abilities. Through patient education, innovative treatment approaches and a commitment to excellence, we strive to be a trusted health partner in the communities we serve.
